Before you create ticket for our Technical Support, please, make sure that your deposit exists in the explorer and has the required number of confirmations.
  The ticket for our Technical Support Team is required ONLY when the deposit did not appear in the system for more than 3-4 hours.
  Depending on the overload of the network the deposit process may take approximately 30-60 minutes.
 To make a deposit you should login to your personal account using your registration data.

To find the deposit currencies, please, click on the "wallet"  or "tokens". The coins are located in the "wallet" menu and the tokens and assets are in the "tokens".

To make the deposit you should find the required currency, click on "deposit" (1), and generate address/QR code of your wallet clicking on Deposit address. (2)

While making deposit, please, pay attention to the currency fee on deposits to avoid misunderstanding in the future. If you do not have the currency, which requires fee, you will get negative balance while making deposit in this currency. Afterwards, you should deposit or buy the required amount as you will not be able to withdraw.

  One of the most common deposit errors is when the user deposits coins to the wrong coin type address. Please, be attentive while filling in the deposit address field. 

  The failure to understand these guidelines will lead to deposit loss without reimbursement. is a crypto currency only exchange. The deposits in fiat currencies such as US Dollars, Euro, and other are unacceptable.
  WARNING: USDT (Tether) is a crypto asset and not US Dollars. Please, do not attempt to deposit USD to your USDT deposit address.

You can track the deposit process in deposit window and after it gets the required number of confirmations the coins will be sent to your wallet.

There is a payment ID required for several currencies. Users often forget to provide payment ID or use it wrong while making the deposit.

This causes the loss of the deposit without reimbursement. Please, be attentive while making a deposit.
